Element Blue, a technology consultancy specializing in bringing RPA to the healthcare sector, has partnered with conversational AI technology provider DRUID. The companies will collaborate on helping hospitals and others in the healthcare industry implement AI-driven virtual assistants that can optimize digital interactions with patients.
“Partnering with DRUID will help our healthcare system clients and their patients experience the self-service benefits of AI-driven conversational technology. The platform produces an enhanced customer service driven approach while providing important analytics to providers, increasing their case resolution, billing inquiries, and other valuable conversation flows (services),” said Steven Gerhardt, CEO and managing partner of Element Blue.
At its recent Dreamforce conference, enterprise software giant Salesforce introduced Einstein Automate. The company touts the feature as one that will enable users to build automations in a low-code environment. Businesses can already access more than 700 pre-built automation on the new Einstein Automate collection page on Salesforce AppExchange.
