Bay Area technology consulting firm Bridgepointe Technologies announced it has acquired PPT Solutions, a Tulsa, Okla.-based services company focused on customer experience and contact center solutions. Bridgepointe noted in a statement announcing the acquisition that PPT’s expertise includes recommending, designing and implementing AI/RPA solutions that will make contact centers more efficient.
Bridgepointe said it focuses on mid sized businesses and that PPT’s Midwest roots will benefit the combined company by enabling it to expand into other U.S. markets.
