Leapwork, a Copenhagen-based no-code RPA platform provider, has secured a $62 million Series B funding round. The raise, which implies a valuation of $312 million, is the largest ever for a Danish business. Executives from the company said they will leverage the cash infusion to build out staff in key international markets including France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S.—all locations where Leapwork has recently opened offices.

The company said it also expects to invest heavily in the product and the technology that underpins its software.

“With these initiatives in place, we are confident that we will continue to solve a problem that no one else can, helping businesses develop software better and faster,” said Christian Brink Frederiksen, CEO of Leapwork. “With software test automation being an integral part of the software development lifecycle, our technology has quickly become a fundamental requirement for large enterprises.”

Leapwork, which was founded in 2015 counts PayPal, Mercedes-Benz and BNP Paribas among its 300-plus customers in 24 countries. The most recent funding round was led by KKR and Salesforce Ventures.
