Gartner has released some results of its 2021 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” for RPA, and indicated three providers whose user evaluations put them in the Customers’ Choice category. Automation Anywhere, Laiye and UiPath received scores from end users that put them in this part of the matrix generated by Gartner’s peer review platform.
According to the Stamford, Conn.-based consultancy, the results “constitute the subjective opinions of individual end-user reviews, ratings, and data applied against a documented methodology.” The report grouped providers into four categories – aspirant, established, strong performer and customers’ choice – along two axes: overall rating and user interest and adoption.
In addition to Automation Anywhere, Laiye and UiPath, users rated AutomationEdge, Appian, Blue Prism, Cyclone Robotics, Datamatics, EdgeVerve Systems, FPT Software, IBM, Microsoft, Pega, Rocketbot, SAP, Shanghai ENCOO Technology and WorkFusion.
